Consider Debt Review If Your Debt Is Getting Out Of Hand

If you are struggling with debt repayments, why not try a debt review program? One Debt offers debt review to help you manage your debt and regain financial independence. Our 10 step plan is easy and does all the hard work for you. All you need to do is fill in our online application form.

How our program works

First, we notify all your credit providers, the NCR and the credit bureaus with a Form 17.1 that you are under debt review. We then send your creditors a Form 17.2 to confirm your over-indebtedness. Once this is complete, we arrange a Payment Distribution Agency to handle all your debt payments. Your credit providers will each be sent a detailed proposal of your budget and payment plan as scheduled by the Payment Distribution Agency. The credit providers will sign a consent order if they agree with this plan. In the event that they do not accept this plan, your proposal can be submitted to the high court for the magistrate’s consideration. With the approval of your creditors or the magistrates office, the Payment Distribution Agency will allocate and distribute an allotted payment to each of your creditors as outlined in your proposal. Each payment is an easily manageable amount that is made every month to alleviate your debt buildup. Your only responsibility is to ensure that you make the agreed monthly single payment to the Payment Distribution Agency, so that they may distribute it accordingly for you.

A burden off your shoulders

Debt review with One Debt provides not only a comprehensive debt and financial management service, it also provides peace of mind and financial breathing room. We will commit annual checkups to make sure that any changes in your financial situation are provided for, and adjust your repayment plan to accommodate this.
